Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return a product for any reason, please contact us via email info@childrensmattressesonline.co.uk or telephone 01254 777603 with as much detail as possible including the original purchase order number and the reason for the return.
As per our terms and conditions, the postage / courier cost of returning any items is at your expense.
Please note that you will not be charged in the unlikely event that there is a fault with your goods. If this is the case, we would gladly issue a replacement or a full refund, on return of the faulty product
For Hygiene Reasons: We are unable to accept mattresses back for exchange or refund once the packaging has been opened. This does not affect your statuary rights.
