Delivery information & charges
Typical is 5-7 working days which includes bespoke & made to measure orders - next day delivery if ordered before 12.00pm is available if requested on most items. If they are in a hurry - just need to send an email to us titled URGENT with order number & we will (if possible - make & dispatch same or next day at no extra charge)
We despatch every day Monday–Friday using Royal Mail, Fedex UK, DHL and various courier companies. We ship worldwide! Current lead time is approx. 5-7 working days. However, if you are in a desperate hurry just leave a note that your order is URGENT & we'll rush it right out for you.
We will notify you by email or SMS when your order is dispatched.
We are pleased to offer very competitive & honest shipping prices with excellent savings when combining purchases. For example, if sheets or small mattresses are purchased at the same time as a cot mattress there is just the one delivery charge for the cot mattress of £10 (UK mainland)

UK Delivery charges vary according to the size of the consignment – examples below - these will be calculated at checkout before you commit to paying for your order.

PLEASE NOTE – there is a surcharge of £6.50 to the following postcode areas: BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49 & 60-78, PH17-26, 30-44 & 49-50, PO30-41, TR21-TR25 & ZE
Saturday deliveries – by special request – surcharge of £11
Shipping to Ireland for larger parcels such as cot mattrsses £21.50

Delivery to BFPO charged same as standard UK delivery - however, please contact us first as BFPO at Mill Hill do not like some of our oversized parcels and sometimes reject them. Up to 7 kilos per consignment (typical weight of a sprung cot mattress)
Worldwide delivery is available.
However, shipping is charged separately depending on the weight / size of the item and the country of delivery.
For a shipping price please email infochildrensmattressesonline.co.uk. We will then advise you of a shipping price for your particular order. Otherwise, just place your order in the usual way. Before you complete the order & make payment we will amend your order with the applicable shipping charges.
Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. It is your responsibility to obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched.
